C-reactive Protein (CRP) Rapid Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of human CRP in whole blood, serum or plasma as an aid in the diagnosis of inflammatory condition. The cut-off of the test is 10 μg/mL.

Operation Instruction 

- Specimen preparation:

Use a disposable pipette to transfer 5 mL of the Serum/Plasma specimens and add to the dilution tube with buffer, or transfer 10 mL Whole blood specimens and add to the dilution tube with buffer.

Bottom up and down the tube for at least 10 seconds to mix the specimens well. The diluted sample can be kept at room temperature for at least 8 hours.

- Start the test:

1.Bring the pouch to room temperature before opening it. Remove the test cassette from the sealed pouch and use it as soon as possible. Best results will be obtained if the assay is performed within one hour.

2.Place the cassette on a clean and level surface.

3.Open the tube with the diluted sample. Transfer 3 drops of mixed specimens to sample well. Start the timer.

4. The test result should be read at 5 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 10 minutes.
