The Adenovirus + Rotavirus Combo Rapid Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of rotavirus and adenovirus in human feces specimens to aid in the diagnosis of adenovirus or rotavirus infection.

Operation Instruction 

-Specimen collection & pre-treatment:

1. Collect 1-2 ml/g feces in a clean container.

2. Pierce feces at 5 random sites with applicator (≈50mg, 1/4 pea-sized). Avoid scooping.

3. Transfer to tube, shake vigorously with buffer, then stand for 2 minutes.

-Test procedure

1. Remove cassette from pouch; place on clean, level surface and label. Use within 1 hr, for best results.

2. Break tip with tissue; hold vertically, dispense 2 drops (≈100μl) into specimen well (S).

3. Read result at 10 min. Do not interpret after 15 min.
